Raising Five Cattle Company keeps a freezer of their fabulous beef at the Sassy Pea. You can get individual cuts of stew, hamburger, sirloin, T-bone, rib eye, cutlets, flank/skirt steak, ribs, brisket and roasts priced as you might find in a larger grocer.  Want value?  Purchase an 1/8th of a cow (28 lbs for $6.25 per lb) for $175. Due to popular demand, we are also offering smaller variety packs around $70.  Remember, value comes in bulk!
